"Patient Opinion"

About: Patient Opinion

(as a service user),

I had taken the time to post about a serious issue and had not been offensive in any way; Patient Opinion notified me that they accepted my post and then rejected it without informing me and telling me why, it's only when I came on here that I noticed.

Why would people put up with that, this site is supposed to be about getting your voice heard and making change, what's with the bureaucracy? seems a bit fishy.

Thanks for this, Mylo.

We can see we’ve published all the stories that you’ve shared with us. However, we think we know the situation you are referring to. We didn’t publish one of your responses as we felt it didn’t meet our moderation criteria. You can read this here

We’ll have a think about how we could communicate that a bit more clearly. However, we have published your subsequent response and hope you can see that now.

Appreciate you being in touch.

Thanks and take care

Natalie (One of the PO team)
