"I cannot fault the care and attention I received from my GP"

(as a service user),

After half an hour waiting in a telephone call queue system I got through to a friendly receptionist who gave me an appointment with GP that morning.

I was seen by Dr Abbas who listened to my concerns/problem, examined me and then made a call to on call surgical team in Hairmyers Hospital. 

Dr Abbas’s professional care and attention resulted in me being seen quickly and ensured I was seen quickly without having to spend long hours in A&E. 

I cannot fault the care and attention I received from my GP practice and is very grateful to them on this occasion.

I am so pleased to hear that Dr Abbas gave you excellent care and efficient service which also allowed you to to get help quickly at University Hospital Hairmyres. This would make such a difference in reassuring you.
