"A broken wrist"

About: Outpatients Services / Fracture Clinic

(as the patient),

My story starts in Feburday 2024 when I had to attend the Fracture Department in the Royal Victoria Hospital, from the moment I arrived in the department I was treated as if I was the only one there, the doctors, nurses and the rest of the staff treated me like I was someone important, and up till my treatment finished in late March.

I feel safe and cared for, I thank them for caring for me during this time.

Hi Feb 2023,

Thank you so much for your feedback, it warms the heart to get such an amazing response. We have a wonderful team here in Fracture Clinic Outpatient department that work very hard to ensure all patients journeys flow and they are provided a high quality and standard of care during busy clinic days. I am delighted you felt important, safe and cared for during your visits here in Fracture Clinic. I have provided your feedback and such kind words to staff during daily safety briefings and it has added a spring to their steps...... again thank you so much for the positive words.

Best Wishes
