"A broken wrist"

About: Outpatients Services / Fracture Clinic

(as the patient),

My story starts in Feburday 2024 when I had to attend the Fracture Department in the Royal Victoria Hospital, from the moment I arrived in the department I was treated as if I was the only one there, the doctors, nurses and the rest of the staff treated me like I was someone important, and up till my treatment finished in late March.

I feel safe and cared for, I thank them for caring for me during this time.

We have a wonderful team here in Fracture Clinic Outpatient department that work very hard to ensure all patients journeys flow and they are provided a high quality and standard of care during busy clinic days. I am delighted you felt important, safe and cared for during your visits here in Fracture Clinic.
