About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

An outpatients procedure for cystoscopic Botox injection.

My appointment was at the RCH Truro. I was taken on time and and settled by a lovely HCA called Chris, she remained with me throughout this procedure.

The whole team - lead by Miss Lone and Jackie - were friendly and professional. They explained everything to me from start to finish.

The procedure took about 10mins and was relatively pain free.

So pleased I went as an outpatient rather than having a general anaesthetic. I was out within an hour.

On a pain scale off 1 -10, 1 being low I would say 1/2 .

It great that your appointment was so quick and that your pain was relatively low.
