Anything else?
I had to go into Dewsbury Hospital as a day/ outpatient. On arrival we were pointed in the right direction, treated with sincerity at the day case ward, I was helped through the slightly harrowing ordeal, my first endoscopy, by friendly warm professional staff. The Doctors, Anesthetists and Nurses were not just "doing" their job, they really meant it! Any query or question I asked was answered fully and never once condescendingly, which I really appreciated, unlike a private hospital I was referred to the week before. One nurse was the star of the day, what a sweetheart! One last thought,,, I do not believe there is any toast nicer than in the recovery room downstairs (forgotten the name of the Nurse as well) Thank you all for making what could have been a nasty day into a bearable one altho it still stings a bit..
