Last Thursday evening, I had to take my son to A and E because of an injury he received at school. We worried incase his finger was broken. We were seen immediately by the children's nurse, our X-ray was booked and we were sent straight there. Upon arrival at X-ray we waited about 5 minutes and headed straight to the next place, urgent care unit where the nurse or doctor we saw was really friendly and very helful. All in all we were in and out of A and E in under an hour - this is the most outstanding service we have ever experienced. We live two bus stops from the hospital so it means a lot to have such good care on our door step. Thank you to all the staff who made our visit a pleasant one. You all work so hard. Keep up the great work.
