What I liked

I came to the hospital as an out patient. Firstly v impressed with all the parking spaces outside (and price of parking). When inside we did not know where to go and someone immediately approached me and pointed me in the right direction. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and the hospital clean and tidy. I will need to come back for other appointments and will be happy to do so.

We have recently introduced a Customer Care scheme helping people find their way around is one of the actions - it is really excellent to know that our staff are looking after people who feel lost.

Hopefully you now know your way around but if you need extra help there is a map of the site on the QMS website www.qms.nhs.uk and we have also improved our internal signage.
