I visited at the beginning of June 2013 with an object lodged in my eye, I was able park convieniently and then to book in quickly with the help of the A&E front counter staff, I had to wait for around 20 minutes before being seen. The nurse was polite and put me at ease, explained what was needed and then extracted the object from my eye with minimal fuss. She explained my after care and checked I'd understood the care regime for the next week. As the title suggests, I'm very impressed with the level of service and professionalism at Maidstone A&E.
