Was told by 111 to get my 32 year old daughter to hospital A.S.A.P , on arrival we went to the reception desk and i was so apalled at the abrupt way we were greeted by the receptionist ..she was unfriendly and cold towards us (even my 10 year old grandaughter said " why is that lady angry with us") my grandaughter and i were so upset as we knew my daughter had retnal prolapse , the very! unfriendly receptionist said " If thats your daughter go wait in the kids waiting room" At this moment in time i am unemployed and i would so love a job like hers and think she is in the wrong profession as her attitued is horrid! she should value her job..... once we got past her the triage and doctors were quick, wonderfull and very caring and i cannot fault them.
