Was referred to Whittington as an outpatient for an ultrasound scan. Given a choice over appt times so took one for after work - unfortunately when I arrived I was told that the ultrasound technicial hadn't yet turned up and everyone from at least an hour in front of me was still waiting. I didn't want to hang about so got a new appt there and then for the following week and second time around I ended up being seen early. Decent service all round.
