About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

(as a service user),

The organised phone call was clear and the young lady speaking to me was able to get me the Princess Royal Hospital, which was my choice.

The receptionists at PRH have always been polite and helpful.

Teresa my therapist has always explained the treatment given to me and has always been polite and helpful.
