I was diagnosed with breast cancer about 6 weeks ago - since then I have been in a whirlwind of hospital visits - surgeries, consultations, treatments, a&e visits - and I just wanted to say how amazing every single person I have some in to contact with in the NHS has been. I cannot fault the care I have received.
The breast care nurses are fantastic - I have 100% confidence in them and they have been so compassionate when I have turned up out of the blue feeling anxious or worried about something.
Every nurse that has looked after me or done bloods and scans (I have a huge needle phobia! ) has been lovely and very caring, all putting me at ease.
