I have never been in hospital before and am still overwhelmed by the care and attention received during my recent 12 hour stay. The Sandbourne suite pre-op preparation was slick and professional with individual consultation with the anaesthetist and surgeon - even a same sex waiting area pre surgery. The anaesthetist and staff were very kind during induction. Praise for the wonderful recovery staff - again so nice and very caring. Another visit from the surgeon to check and explain things. Ward 9 staff (mainly HCA's) were so attentive all day. Hilarious drinks / food / menu lady. Pain control excellent, discharge smooth, instructions clear. Further OPA's sent within days. Thank you all so much.
