What I liked
The nursing staff were terrific. I have rarely felt so supported.
What could be improved
Doctors were hard to contact and therefore details of treatment and diagnosis remained a mystery. This delayed transfer to a specialist stroke hospital by two days because the consultant was not available to sign a form. I also watched one cleaner clean the entire ward with the same cloth, not a great cross-contamination procedure.
