What I liked
My friend went to the Edgeware Walk-In centre at 7 pm las night. They were unable to give her any treatment and she had to take buses to Barnet A&E where she arrived at 9 pm.
This morning, 11 hours later, she is still waiting for the results of a blood test. Spending a night in an A&E waiting room is NOT a very pleasant experience and so far there is no end in sight for her treatment.
What could be improved
Clearly there are major problems at Barnet and those in charge are apparently totally unable to do anything to solve the problems. It needs to be treated like a failing school and have the management sacked and replaced by known experts.
