What could be improved

The telephone answering service is awful. I was placed through to an automated system and was asked to hold for an operator. 15 minutes past without any response. The automated message repeated 4 times, with no indication as to whether the system had gone full loop and I was placed back in to the queue as a new caller or not. The web site also provided what departments were available, but their contact details for all departments on this page were left blank. Understably if there is a space for telephone communication, on e would expect there to be a telephone number in one of the slots!
