Anything else?
I wish to thank the staff in the A&E department, especially the Dr we saw. My daughter came into A&E with severe pain (after being transferred from Northern Doctors). The treatment she received was first class. Blood tests were taken & x-rays given as thought she may have kidney stones. On receipt of the x-ray results they were still not sure if she had a stone or not so as a precaution they arranged to transfer her to the Freeman as they have a Urology department. It came to light that she had a very bad infection but also her kidney wasn't draining correctly. Thanks to the quick action of North Tyneside/Freeman she's recovered fine. Nothing seemed to be a bother to any of the staff. The service we received was a million times better than what we have received from Wansbeck in the past.
