(as the patient),

From the time I arrived at Euston House to the time I left, I was treated with respect. I didn't feel I was on a 'conveyor belt' as both the assessment lady (nurse) and doctor were patient and made sure I understood all they told me.

As an elderly lady, slightly nervous of needing cataract procedure - I left Euston House confident and assured.

Congratulations to the staff - wish all clinics and staff were so caring about patients worries.
