"Palliative Care - Accord Hospice - Eternally grateful for all the help and care."

(as a carer),

When my husband was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, the care and commitment received by my GP, Oustead nurses and MacMillan nurses from Accord Hospice was excellent and with the help I was able to respond to my husbands wishes.

He was at home with myself, son and daughter when he passed away.

Without the care in the community we could not have done this and I will be eternally grateful for all the help and care.
