What I liked

I was rushed to qeqm late at night after collapsing at home after being discharged that same evening from kent and canterbury after an operation that i had went wrong

The total attitude of the staff at QEQM from the A+E dept, the porters and the nursing staff on the ward was by far much better that i experienced at K+C

I cannot thank you all enough for the kindness shown to me while i was in your hospital, your sheer professionalism in carrying out tests to find out what had gone wrong and for getting me back on my feet within a few days and at all times keeping me fully informed of what was happening.

I was in the cheerfull sparrows ward and the dedication of the nursing staff was superb and i just cannot thank all of you enough.

I hope that i dont have to go in to hospital again but should the need arise QEQM would be my one and only choice

What could be improved

As far as I am concerned you have excellent staff, a bright and cheerfull hospital and most important staff that really care about what they are doing

All i could say is to give your staff the correct facilities that they need so that they stay with you at QEQM as good people are hard to find
