(as the patient),

I attended an appointment today at Helensburgh Medical Centre (DrMcLeod's) practice and I would just like to say my GP was very good at listening to my concerns about going to court. She went out her way to listen to me.

Not many GPs usually do this but I would like to thank the Doctor for Listening.

I am glad that your GP has been able to support you, at what I am sure must be a worrying time. Listening skills are something we all have to work on. But you eloquently sum up why this is so important for patients. Thank you for letting us know that it made a difference to you.
