Anything else?
I had my first knee replacement carried out at another hospital, but unfortunately due to loosening of the joint had to have another operation. I can not fault the staff at the RNOH from the nurses on the wards, to the staff in the outpatient clinics, to the physiotherapists in the outpatient department.
A nurse was very kind helpful and professional in the outpatient clinic after my operation and reassured me that I was doing well.
The physiotherapist that assessed me was very cheerful and friendly and put me at ease. She had a good sense of humour and and answered my endless questions thoroughly. I also attended Knee classes with other patients that had had the same sort of operations and thoroughly enjoyed the classes.
The care I received at the RNOH was excellent. Thanks to everyone who treated me.
