Staff polite and friendly from booking in to the unit, on the ward, in theatre and recovery. Staff treated myself and other patients in a professional manner explaining the procedure/process to be undertaken.
All through the procedure staff were friendly and informative which help to reassure myself. on return to the ward coffee and toast was very welcome as I was last to go into theatre on this day.
My experience has been positive from my consultation through to receiving treatment on the day unit
