The medication is good and the staff are friendly. It’s OK. People try to help and don’t always succeed. They could listen more.

Thank you for your posting letting us know you were happy with your medication and that the staff are friendly. I will make sure that I feedback your comments about staff not listening to the relevant managers so they can support staff to listen more effectively.
