Anything else?
I attended the Minor Injuries Unit with a flake of dried paint firmly lodged under one eyelid.
I arrived on a Monday morning and was quickly and efficiently processed and registered by the receptionist.
I waited a mere 15 minutes before being called in to see a nurse.
The nurse was very friendly, had excellent interpersonal skills and and put me immediately at ease. Her experience and medical knowledge shone through, and she had my eye sorted out in no time. She even tested my vision with an optician's sight test. She gave me the necessary 'after care' advice and instructions as well as antibiotic cream and a painkiller.
She scheduled a follow-up appointment three days later, during which she re-examined my eye and re-tested my vision.
Overall, I was mightily impressed with the excellent care and attention I received.
"Excellent service received at the Minor Injuries..."
