Great doc great nurse, but urine on floor unwashed, just soaked it up? And when bed moved to the other side of the ward there was dried blood on the floor ? dirt and dust is one thing but urine and blood is another. Still waiting for follow up appointment keep ringing but give up after 20 mins ? No information given advising that my throat op would involve black bruising to the whole of my chest area ?
