What I liked
I was in freshfield ward last oct due to lower right sided tummy,
I was kept comofortable at all times and the food was excellent.
I was sent home after 4 days better.
The phlebotomist were greta with me and never hurt me once.
What could be improved
More shampoo,soap and towels to hand for patients.
The doctor's in a&e need to retrained on how to take blood without hurting the patient and leaving your arm black!
