"A paramedic who responded to our two year old"

About: Bristol Royal Infirmary / Accident and emergency South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a relative),

We were woken in the early hours of the morning by our daughter struggling to breathe. She was really finding it hard to breath and kept not breathing, it was very scary.

An ambulance was sent and the gentleman that attended was amazing. He was efficient but caring towards our daughter, ensuring that he made her comfortable. He was also great to us, ensuring that he kept us informed and calm.

Essentially he left us in no doubt that our precious daughter was in great hands.
