I booked a appointment at our surgery to see a nurse because I have angina. I have to be checked. I turned up 3 and a half minutes late due to trafic. When I got there, they told me I have to book a new appointment when the 1st took a week to get. I have never been late before but when I turn up normally, I am waiting anything over 20 minutes after my booked time. If im 3mins 30 seconds late, I am damned for it. This cant be right.
