Well that was respectful of the woman at 17:45. The person who answered the phone, part gave me an email address, but then realised it was the wrong person, got flustered and made a excused and slammed the phone down on me.

So looks like the comments from others on here and justified.

Oh it was the Anticoagulant Therapy, normally has a message system on after hours?
