What I liked
Efficient processing of patients through clinics. Empathetic staff. Reassuring health professionals.
What could be improved
Poor switchboard coverage - main switchboard reasonable but sometimes is not answered. Contact lens clinic fails to answer at all, calls are terminated automatically or receiver lifted and immediately replaced to terminate call.
