I was impressed with the time scale given the pressures the NHS is under at the moment. I was contacted promptly by plastics at Derriford after referral by my GP. I was seen by the consultant fairly quickly and had my surgery in good time scale. The team at plastics Derriford where thorough, kind and explained everything as I was really nervous.

Aftercare too at dressing clinic was professional but caring. I have had lot of NHS/Hospital treatment over the last 12 months and far from feeling let down I have been impressed greatly by staff giving amazing service with declining budgets and staffing.
