It took 4 phone calls (on the expensive 084.. number from my mobile) and 2 personal visits to the surgery before I could get an appointment....... to be told I should have come sooner! In my opinion, Oakwood Surgery - which is part of NHS Mansfield and Ashfield CCG - are getting worse instead of better.
"Bad appointment procedure and 084 nos. for surgeries."
