Anything else?
I have been waiting for a hernia operation since Aug 2012. Originally booked for 13/2/13; it has now been cancelled 3 times. I have emailed and left a voicemail message with PALS about this and had no response. It's a complete shambles.

I'm so sorry to hear this. Occasionally we do have to reschedule an operation, perhaps because of staff sickness, the patient's condition or a clinical emergency. However, having your operation cancelled three times must be very worrying and inconvenient. I'm sorry you were not able to get through to PALS. Please call them again on 01708 435454 or email PALS@bhrhospitals.nhs.uk and let me know if you experience any difficulties getting through.
