After a small problem with admin. prior to travelling to Colchester the staff of Mersea ward again did everything possible to make me feel comfortable during treatment. At every stage a clear description of what was involved and why the step was needed was clearly explained. During my stay I also noticed the standard of cleaning with wypes etc. to ensure the very high standards.
