"Fantastic care & a super clean hospital!"

I had an Endoscopy done at Bodmin NHS Treatment Centre, and as soon as i walked in i was greeted politely, then when i was taken up to the ward, for my pre op assessment the nurse was talking to me asking how i was and not to worry. The whole place and especially the ward and operating theatre was super super clean. The hospital has been open for 2yrs and it still looks as clean as it was when it was first opened! The nursing staff cared about the patient, they knew what they needed to do and did with ease, making me feel that i didn't have anything to worry about, they explained what was going to happen. The consultant was the same he made time to make sure i was fine with what was going to happen and that i was happy to go ahead with the procedure. When i was in the theatre there was a nurse talking me through what was going to happen next. And again the post op care was fantastic as well, all the staff from reception to the nurses and consultants seemed to care about there hospital and there patients. I would certainly choose this hospital again if i needed future treatment.
