"My Nan was treated with such respect and as an individual who mattered"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute) / General medicine

(as a relative),

My Nan died, after a long and happy life, on Rowan Ward yesterday morning.

The staff were just fantastic; kind and caring and utterly diligent. They were a tribute to the NHS and a shining example of why our health service is so good and so necessary and so deserving of our respect. I cannot thank them enough and they are all heroes.

I couldn't have asked for a better ending for my wonderful Nan and it meant so much to me and her family that she was treated with such respect and always as an individual who mattered.

Just superb. Thank you.

We're very sorry about your Nan, but thank you so much for your kind words about our staff, they are much appreciated.
