I wrote a review last week about our trip to MAU. It wasn't a nice review. Today however, in fairness and to balance the books, I am very pleased to say that our latest trip to A&E was much much better.

We were seen quickly

Offered drinks

The process was explained

The doctor was excellent - she listened, reassured, and got other professionals involved in my friends care - things that were meant to happen at last weeks MAU admission but did not.

The nurses were friendly and attentive despite being very busy

I personally felt much better about leaving my friend in A&E

Thank you for taking care of my friend this weekend.

We have a duty to ensure that patients feel safe, comfortable and confident in the treatment they are receiving and it is important that people, like yourself, let us know when we get it right, as well as wrong.
