Anything else?
I recently had an emergency visit to surgical ward 5. I am very much struck at the sheer tirelessness, help and professionalism of all the staff, from nurses, assistants, singing cleaners, non-singing cleaners, doctors, consultants... They all give everything they have to help you get better. I guess I could write about the odd negative thing, a dirty toilet handle sometimes (which was gone in 5 minutes) or a wait for something, but such things are slight in the wider context and were certainly not from any lack of effort or uncaring on anyone’s part. This is a busy place and I got a sense that they really were communicating with one another, developing and progressing things for the greater good. I am hugely impressed, wonderful people. Thank you all.
"Wonderful, tireless staff."
