About: Sunderland Royal Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

Admitted in late Feb for an operation. Nervous, of course, but the care and attention I received over three days was incredible.

Staff Nurse Mortimer and her fantastic team were superb in every respect. A smile, a laugh a caring attitude made my stay memorable for all the right reasons.

Patients are quick to complain so I feel it only right to bring to people attention when professionals get it spot on.

Thanks again to ALL the staff of 33, the night shift crew were wonderful also.

If I have to come again for treatment, guess which ward I want?
