Wards smell of urine, closed again for visitors due to sickness on wards, untrained staff, very low staff levels. Family have to oversee there loved ones receive care & attention.

We absolutely strive at all times to make sure our wards are very clean and that we have enough staff, both qualified nurses and support staff.
