From the time I arrived at the treatment unit in M.K. hospital to the time I left I was treated with total respect, curtesy and kindness. The staff explained what was happening , and I felt very much that I was in capable hands. My treatment was for deafness - so I have also had dealings with the audiology department - and the same high standards apply there too.

Thank you, at the moment I am very hopeful that your help has given me quite a lot of hearing.
