"Care Great - PALS depressing!"

The care i receved at Blackburn was great. The nurses , doctors and administration staff were helpful , proffessional and dealing with some really difficult people. I went to speak to the PALS to pass on my thanks and compliments but the lady was so patroninsing and negative - that i wonder why i bothered and left feeling depressed- i tried to give positive feedback but this was all to difficult.
