September 3 years ago I attended A&E because I had lost complete vision in my right eye.
The Doctor who saw was fantastic. He diagnosed a Complete Detached Retina within seconds. He telephoned the old Walsgrave hospital now called the Coventry University Hospital to let them know that I was an emergency and wrote a forwarding letter to accompany me. I can sadly can not remember his name just knew that he was a locum that was on duty.
