Anything else?
Took my son to A&E on 1/2/2013 with suspected Meningitus arrived about 4pm by ambulance. A&E was really busy and had to wait but didnt mind as i realised patients was seen in order of medical needs. It seemed to me things were nearly at breaking point at times but not at any point did it show on the faces of the staff and any question i had was answered in an helpful and polite manner. I must say your staff were a credit to the NHS far to many people these days wish to complain about the service that they received but i'm not one of them. My son had blood tests an xray and i felt that all bases were covered. Thankfully my son was given the all clear but i cant fault the service my son was given. I can't thank Colchester Hospital enough.
"Thanks to all the staff and ambulance drivers"
