"Worst hospital ever, never want to go there!"

Anything else?

My mum admitted to A & E on 24th January complaining of diarrhea .

Had 2 X rays seperately, one on chest other on abdomen?

Admitted to Ward 2 because of dehydration and acute kidney injury.

First two days no food or drink offered, requested drip as not offered originally.

Fell out of bed

Drip broke saturated in water.

Left for ages in diarrhea before attending my mum.

Deteriorated becuase lack of communication and care?

Different docs, different nurses not knowing what each other had said?

No diagnosis of diarrhea, Mum had one kidney told was better and wanted to send home.

Died today of a cardiac arrest???????????????????????????

Really dissapointed in QE

Also many nurses had no bedside manners!

We are extremely sorry for your experience at the trust. Your outline of what happened to your mum is very serious, and if you have not done so I would encourage you to contact our PALs department as there are clearly some questions that need to be answered and which may help you come to terms with what happened. Please contact them on Tel: 020 8836 4592 Email: pals.qeht@nhs.net I have also passed your comment to our senior manager on the site for her attention.
