I was not looking forward to my appointment at the clinic, having read some of the reviews. However I could not have been more impressed, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, I was early for my appointment but was still directed to to the hearing test, then onto another section then directly on to see the consultant, who was also extremely understanding and helpful. Altogether a very good experience, many thanks and well done to all concerned.
