My partner has just had his second stay on the Planned Investigation Unit on Level 10, and I must say how impressed we were with EVERY part of his stay.
He received the best nursing and care that we have ever encountered in a UK hospital, nothing was too much trouble, the unit is extremely well run and the care he received from Consultants (special mention for Mobey and Aileen Smith, SUPERB).
The Nursing team including Katie Ramos, Tricia, Steph, Jane and the untouchable and wonderful Ross, also mention the housekeepers who made sure David had double helpings and everybody else who's name I can't remember, many thank you's for a job well done. Please, please pass this on to the powers that be.
