i was admitted to Leicester general hospital last year after being diagnosed with uc. i was in for 4 weeks and had surgery (total colectomy and ileostomy). although i was really ill looking back it was a really positive experience, all the health professionals were amazing and im so grateful to all of them for the care i received.
